How do I track my order?
Once your bike is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track it through our Shipping Info page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all bikes in original condition. See our Returns page for more details.
How do I book a test ride?
You can book a test ride directly from the navbar or any bike detail page. Select a date and time that works for you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 25 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame and fork. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.
